Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The responsible processor of the personal data of the online shop kalmula.ee is Kalmula O\u00dc, registry code 16897989, registered address in Liivam\u00e4e 3, Tallinn 10132, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as \u201cKalmula\u201c) which transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By placing an order, you will provide Kalmula O\u00dc (hereinafter referred to as “us” or “Kalmula”) with the following information about you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Given name(s), surname, an e-mail address and phone number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Purpose for Which Personal Data is Processed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal\ndata is used to manage customer orders and provide services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purchase\nhistory data (date of purchase, items, quantities, customer details) is used to\nprepare an overview of purchased products and services and to analyze customer\npreferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nbank account number is used to refund the customer any payments performed by\nthe latter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal data, such as phone number, e-mail or customer name are processed, to resolve issues related to the delivery of products and services (customer support).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The online\nshop user IP address or other network identifiers are processed to provide the online\nshop as an information society service and to generate web usage statistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Withdrawal of Consent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\nthe event in which the processing of personal data is based on the customer’s\nconsent, the customer has the right to withdraw his \/ her relevant consent, by informing\nthe customer support via an e-mail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data Preservation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\ncustomer’s purchase history is preserved for three years. In the event of\ndisputes concerning payments and consumer disputes, personal data shall be\nretained until the request has been performed with or until the expiry period will\nhave ended. The personal data necessary for accounting purposes shall be preserved\nfor seven years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deletion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\ncustomer support is required to be contacted via e-mail to delete any personal\ninformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nrequest for deletion shall be replied to within no later than the passing of one\n(1) month and the period for deletion shall be specified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data Transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requests\nfor the transfer of personal data by e-mail shall be replied to within a\nmaximum of one (1) month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\ncustomer support shall identify and inform you of any personal data that is\nsubject to transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Direct Marketing Notices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\ne-mail address shall be used to send direct marketing notices, if the customer\nhas given their consent to do this. In the event in which the customer does not\nwish to receive any direct marketing notices, either the appropriate reference\nin the footer of the e-mail must be selected or the customer support must be\ncontacted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\ncase the personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes (profiling),\nthe customer has the right to object at any time to the initial and further\nprocessing of their personal data, including profiling analysis for direct\nmarketing purposes, by notifying customer support via an e-mail (the relevant\nnotice shall be submitted in a clear manner and separated from any other\ninformation submitted).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Settlement of Disputes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved via the customer support office (info@kalmula.ee). The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
